Freshly cooked and nourishing - Edit
Vegan treats in the cabinet and options on the menu. Just ask and they will ammend menu items to be vegan by substituting rather than taking away. Tofu scramble, mushrooms, refried beans, polenta and potato chips as well as toast, avocado, raw spinach are all options. Good coffee with plenty of plant mylk choices. I also got a big slice of vegan banana, walnut and chocolate bread to take away and their muffins are vegan too.

Make sure you make it very clear you want the vegan options. - Edit
No need to charge extra for vegan options as their is no discount for removing the meat or dairy products out of the smoothies or burritos.
