Vegetarian cafe located by the Nieuwe Merwede River and next to the famous vegetarian restaurant Kop van 't Land. Serves coffee, cake, sandwiches and simple meals like Dutch kroket (croquette). Vegan please confirm options and inform HappyCow. Open Thur-Mon March-April, Oct-Dec 10:30am-6pm, May-Sept 10:30am-9pm.

Great for a tasty, relaxing lunch - Edit
Located in a lovely quiet area, right across the ferry from the Biesbosch nature reserve. Great homemade sandwiches, but definitely also try the bitterballen!

Small vegetarian café with a view over the Nieuwe Merwede. Nice place to stop when you're touring the Biesbosch.
Good, fresh food, varied menu. They also have homemade pie in different flavors. the chocolate pie is delicous.I also had a salad and liked the fact that there wasn't a ton of dressing on it and it had good,fresh produce.
We also tried vegetarian 'bitterballen', not something I have seen on menu's often. They come in different flavors and are very tasty.
All in all a very positive experience and will definitely visit again.
