Great Options

Buffet style so every dish is hand made by you and then cooked by the chefs, which makes it a breeze to eat vegan. Lots of veggies, fake meats, and everything is labeled pretty well.

Pros: Ton of options for vegans

Cons: Most sauces are pretty high in oil/sodium

Unlimited Combos

Build your own dish and watch it get fried up. Tofu, black bean, chickpea and edamae proteins with tons of veggies. Add your sauce and make as many trips as you'd like!

Pros: Unlimited combos, Healthy fixins

Cons: Self serve gets sloppy during lunch

Something for everyone

Very casual and low brow, but a great choice for a healthy well balanced meal, or just stuffing yourself silly with veggies, sauces, tofu, and noodles. Kind staff and everything is well marked vegan/not vegan

Pros: A lot of vegan choices. Well labeled
