Mongolian Grill Chain

It’s a standard Mongolian grill style place. They have tofu and lots of vegetables, but of course it is cooked on the same large surface, and at the same time as non vegan options. In a town like Bismarck where vegan options are very limited, it’s nice to have available

Pros: Tofu available , Lots of vegetables to choose from

Cons: Cross contamination is the rule
