Offers plant milks for hot and cold drinks, smoothies, vegan nachos, wraps, a muesli slice, fresh fruit, and vegan snacks such as popcorn. Guests can choose to dine in at tables and chairs or take away. Open Mon-Sun 5:00am-8:00pm.

Surprised! - Edit
I have never found food at the domestic terminal to be very good for vegans once you pass security. So I was very surprised to come across Hudsons and see they offered vegan nachos with vegan cheese and guacamole. Amazing! They also offer the ubiquitous felafel wrap which you can get in the airport cafes before security. But the Hudsons offering certainly looked way more fresh and delicious than the sad felafel wraps and sandwiches on offer elsewhere in the airport.
Read moreThe nachos were ok - better than some I have had but certainly not amazing. A little dry. They could have done with some salsa. But actually, I was so hungry after just getting off an overnight flight and I just needed carbs and protein and for it to taste ok and it did. I would buy them again.
They also offered a muesli slice. It would be good if they could offer other more enticing vegan baked goods. It was good to be able to get snacks like the vegan Kettle popcorn which is not always easy to find.
Vegan options were labelled. Plant milks on offer meant we could enjoy an iced coffee with the nachos. Very happy.
Eco packaging. The staff were lovely.
Pros: better felafel wraps than on offer elsewhere , nachos met my needs, nice staff
