Fuel that fires passion - Edit
Chef Ran transforms sustainably grown ingredients into works of art. His Kimchi has to be experienced to be believed. Love the Sushi bowl to death and the smoky, hearty potato soup is like a cozy blanket 🤤

Excellent Local Vegan Food - Edit
I absolutely love Hub City Permaculture. Their stand at Hagerstown Famer's Market each week offers a unique chef-level vegan meal bag, microgreens, herbal teas. They are a great local resource for vegan and healthy food alternatives. Check them out!

Delicious and filling - Edit
I have been vegan four years but not much of a salad person or into raw. But I devour everything Randy makes and have been into the juices and kimchi for quite some time. I am interested more into raw now thanks to him. And it is awesome having a plant based establishment at a mall which lacks many options. I had the moon juice and the nacho salad which had the best cashew cheese I have had and I make them and buy them. Thank you for continuing this Randy! 💚

Fresh, healthy, delicious food! - Edit
We were passing through Scranton and made it to The Kimchi Dude just before closing time. The Kimchi Dude himself and his staff were so friendly and gave us samples of kimchi. It was so delicious we bought a jar. We also got a couple of salads that were featured, and a juice. Everything was so fresh and tasty. Definitely check this place out if you're in town!!!

Great place - Edit
The Kimchi Dude’s raw vegan food is amazing! He is truly a food scientist and only gives customers his best work. By far the best kimchi I’ve ever had- the last jar I bought was gone in a day.

Great food - Edit
I don't usually hand out five stars to any restaurant but this one really deserves it. I had lunch one day last week here and the food was great. I decided to get 2 small plates for lunch and I really enjoyed it. I got the nachos and another dish that I can't remember the name of, but it had strings of zucchini and a lot of other ingredients in it. It's located in the food court of a shopping mall on the second floor. After lunch there is a pedestrian walkway nearby that goes over to Steamtown and the trolley car museum if you're interested. Get your parking ticket validated from the customer service desk on the ground level before you return to the parking garage.

So good! - Edit
I had the pleasure of meeting The Kimchi Dude at a Wellness expo and everything I got from his booth was delicious. In fact, he asked me what my favorite smoothie was and I couldn’t choose. I made the mistake of waiting too long to go over for kimchi because he sold out quickly... luckily, a coworker bought a jar to share and it was out of this world! I am so excited to visit his new location in Scranton.
