Das vegane Sushi ist sehr lecker, frisch zubereitet und qualitativ hochwertig. Wir hatten außerdem noch die Sommerrollen, die waren nicht so toll. Das Sushi hätte vier Sterne verdient.

Tolle vegane Optionen - Edit
Huang's hat tolle vegane Optionen, die auch nicht teuer sind. Allerdings würde ich mir mehr Variation bieten, da die meisten Gerichte "nur" Nudeln oder Reis mit Gemüse sind.

Many vegan options - Edit
Huang's have an explicitly vegan menu for the main dishes, but also some of the starters and at least one dessert are vegan. I haven't tried their sushi yet, but instead went for the warm dishes when I was there. Can recommend both the fried tofu and the coated vegetables.

I was looking for a restaurant who offers vegan Japanese / Korean dishes for so long and I got lucky! It tastes good and I also like the atmosphere (they have many plants so I feel like home 🤭).
