Delicious vegan food! What a find! - Edit
What a great find this place is! 100% vegan menu. Loads to choose from. I confess to have pigged out on the mains and have yet to try the desserts. I’m going for the vegan chocolate cake today ...

happy vegans in Hua Hin - Edit
We have already tried several dishes and were very satisfied with the quality and taste. Both the pasta dishes and the burgers were very tasty. We couldn't understand other evaluations that it was bland. It was certainly not overly spicy, but correct for people like us who don't like a lot of salt - anyone can add salt as they like.

What a joke!!! - Edit
First of all, everybody that wrote a positive review about this place, either gets paid for doing so or never had a good meal in their life! There’s simply nothing to write home about. My boyfriend and I ordered 3 dishes, a “green” vegetable curry, Thai chilies paste homemade with mushrooms and vegetables and larb quinoa. There was nothing green about the green curry! ...just some vegetables thrown in a can of AroiD coconut milk. The homemade Thai chilies paste with mushrooms consisted of a couple of mushrooms chasing each other in a plate full of fried onions! The larb quinoa was served about 20 min. later being hard like a rock! So all together shame on this restaurant for being so lousy and the positive reviews for being so deceiving. Will never set foot in there again.

Good not amazing - Edit
We had two different burgers from here and although it is a lovely atmosphere, the food was very bland and lacked flavour. For the price you can find better in the area. They were good portion sizes and they have nice cakes.

Great find in Hua Hin - Edit
I had the green mushroom soup & it was a good size serving & very tasty. Husband (a non vegan) had the mushroom burger which came with fries - again a good serving. He really enjoyed it. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Extensive menu with both western & Asian choices. They also have soy & almond milk - very hard to find in other parts of Thailand we’ve traveled. Great looking cakes although we didn’t have any. Would definitely come again.

Kinda meh. - Edit
My partner and I were both a bit underwhelmed by our visit. While The meals looked pretty, both were kind of bland. We had the mac and cheese and the jackfruit burger. Although, the rose ice tea (with almond milk) was delicious - like liquid turkish delight.
Read moreNevertheless, it would be a good option for visitors or expats that wanted some western cuisine (like mac & cheese) or even Asian dishes that they could be certain are completely vegan.
Decor and air con were both nice. No bathroom at the cafe but there is one upstairs.
Cash only and good opening hours.
First place we've found that has almond milk for coffees/shakes/etc
Pros: Almond milk, Air conditioning , Opening hours
Cons: Not cheap, Food a little bland, Staff a little unfriendly (by Thai standards)

Amazing yellow lentils soup in a lovely clean and welcoming cafe. Staff should put their notorious Thai smile and their dial, it would propel this place to 5 stars!

Great food - Edit
We came two days in a row, once for dinner and once for breakfast. The food was brilliant, although my portion of pesto pasta was a little on the small size. The service was good too and the restaurant is nicely decorated and clean.

Something is better than nothing. - Edit
I was excited about going to the Hua Hin Vegan Food and Wine, since being in Thailand I've been quite surprised to find a lot of places don't even have a vegetarian menu let alone vegan. Anyone who only eats plants based knows the joy of being able to choose anything from the menu. Doesn't happen often.
Read moreFrom the moment we entered I was slightly put off by the fact that the person behind the counter, who was busy writing something, didn't even look up and acknowledge we were there. I had to get her attention and ask if we should just sit anywhere.
There were two members of staff and no other customers but we had to call them to take our drinks order. After a wait that was too long, we had to call again to ask to order food.
We all chose juices, they were good - I'd be worried if they couldn't do juice well. Presentation was nice. It's probably a good point to mention in general the decor, look and ambience of the cafe is quite lovely. It wouldn't be out of place in somewhere like Shoreditch in London. Alas the lack of energy and enthusiasm from the staff lets it down.
Food came at different times. Probably a 10 minute wait between the arrival of the first and the last meal. Presentation of the food we chose wasn't great. In fact the food wasn't going to look good in a photo so I didn't bother taking any and I usually take a lot of food pics.
We ordered the pulled jackfruit bbq burger and the roasted veg with satay and rice. The kids had fries. All of the food was under seasoned. They didn't have ketchup or bbq sauce. The sauce that came with the fries and the "bbq" burger was an under seasoned smooth chutney. The satay on the vegetables had too much vinegar in and there wasn't enough sauce, it was quite dry so almost negated the need for rice.
We had the carrot cake and the chocolate cake for dessert. They were nice.
In all the whole experience was slightly underwhelming. You can see what they're trying to do but unfortunately they just consistently missed the mark. I'd eat here again not because I loved it simply because there's little else to choose from and something is better than nothing. It's almost tragic because I don't think it would take much to move the cafe from almost average to amazing.
Pros: Good portion sizes, Lots to choose from, Fresh, trendy decor
Cons: Inattentive staff, Under seasoned food, Long wait for food

Need to start using spices - Edit
They have such an amazing menu with great choice of food, but literally everything we tried there tasted very bland. Even the spicy cauliflower wings had no taste. Came back 4 times, tried different things but everything was very very bland. The only two things I recommend is a massaman curry and crispy tofu.

don't order carbonara - Edit
Lovely restaurant and great interior design. The menu is far too big which makes decision making super difficult. Mac and cheese, crispy tofu nuggets and papaya salad are good. Pumpkin carbonara was a catastrophe. First of all there is mushroom, which was not written on the menu and we really don't like mushrooms. Secondly there's barely sauce on it, doesn't taste like pumpkin at all and coconut bacon is inexistent. That was the first time we gave something back to the kitchen in our entire lifes. This is as far from carbonara as new york city from paris. They were very understanding though, didn't charge us for it and let us order something else. We ordered the tuna melt sandwich which actually was an open sandwich or I would say three bruschetta. Don't even get me started on the tasteless peanut cookies. Friendly staff and nice looking restaurant. Unfortunately this couldn't compensate the missing taste, small portions and skyrocking prices.

unfortunate disappointment - Edit
We had to wait food and apetizers for one hour. Then they brought the food for two of us and told that they are ours and by the time We had finished them We found out (when our friends got other food) that they had mixed up our order. The food was unfortunately a big disappointment: Teriyaki jackfruit burgers have only the pattie, lettuce and onion. Nothing special. Tofu nuggets... well, good crumbs but overall boring taste. :(

Spent 2 weeks in Hua Hin and visited this restaurant many times. A beautiful restaurant in a light and airy setting with nice big wooden tables and an extensive menu meant I ate there many times. They also had a nice house red wine. If you are vegan or vegetarian or just want something different then I can recommend this place for some interesting and varied dishes.

I had the pad thai, mac and cheese, tofu nuggets, spring rolls, vanilla cake and chocolate cake (not all in one night!). All of them were devine, light and fresh, didn't end up feeling sluggish afterwards.
If you're vegan in hua hin, you have to go here.
Pros: Inexpensive, Delicious, Light and fresh
Cons: Sometimes the waitresses misheard what was ordered, The food came out at different times, I couldn't try it all before leaving!
