Forget those so called high end veggie restaurants. - Edit
This is the second branch of this all vegan restaurant I've had the pleasure to dine in. The other one i ate at was on Lê Van Sy in Tan Phu.

Delicious fried rice. So much better. Clean restaurant. Polite staff. Quick service. Some of the best local vegan food in the city. Average price at around 70,000 per massive excellent meal.
