Canadian/hawiian place with a few options.

Located in the South Maui garden food carts, this is a food cart that serves Canadian and Hawaiian fusion. There was only one clearly labeled vegan option, the Vegan poutine. Though the ramen seemed vegan, it wasn’t labeled.

My review: The vegan poutine was alright, the gravy didn’t stand out to me, it wasn’t rich or super flavorful it was just kinda there. The fries were really good, nice and crispy. The tofu was pretty good, nice and smoky though without a flavorful gravy it’s a little bland. Overall might get again. The gravy was just kinda bland.
