Some of the best food I've ever eaten - Edit
UNREAL. We went for the Festive Food Lock-in and had a hot roast bap each, and shared a couple of sides. Everything was so unbelievably tasty. It's genuinely up there with some of the best food I've ever eaten.

Delicious cheese! - Edit
We have gotten the vegan blue cheese, the original sharp cheese and the sumac soft cheese from here. Its the best vegan cheese I have ever had and the staff are so friendly! The cheese is quite expensive but it is worth it.

Lovely little deli - Edit
They have pre-made sandwiches that they can toast for you or a selection of salads that you can mix and add a faux meat if you like. We tried three of the sandwiches, some salad, and a fried ‘chicken’ piece that all went down well. They custom made a smaller sandwich for my son as he couldn’t finish a standard one that he enjoyed.

Fantastic, tasty vegan food - Edit
Been here many times, despite living 1 hour away. Always an excuse to go to Exeter & it has to be on a day How On Earth is open. The fried 'chicken' pieces are so good. Great choice of many meat alternatives, all home made. Loads of actually yummy vegan cheeses, salads, cakes etc. Family run - the staff are so friendly too

How On Earth - Edit
Great all vegan deli with a wide range of cuts, cheeses, and products you don’t always see anywhere else. I took away some cheeses I had not seen before and some fudge. Both were delicious but £5 for three, all be it quite chunky, squares of fudge did seem a bit on the pricey side. They make fresh sandwiches and salads, and were busy catering for an event when I called in but still made time to chat to me and make me feel welcome.

Lovely Deli and Lovely Staff - Edit
Lovely, chilled atmosphere and really friendly staff. Could have spent a lot of money in there on sweets, chocolate and treats. Lots of options including cheeses. Wish I lived closer...or they open up one in West London!! I cannot recommend the marshmallow cookie enough - if they have them, buy the lot!

Little Vegan Gem - Edit
Called in for breakfast and lunch options. Had southern fried “chicken” in brioche roll and then ordered “pastrami”, rocket, vegan cheese, pickled cucumber & mustard deli sandwiches for lunch. All very tasty and freshly prepared. The vegan “meats” are made on the premises. Large selection of salads and vegan cheeses available too. Staff friendly and informative. I will visit again when next in the area.

Amazing! - Edit
Staff were SO friendly and welcoming. I had a salad box with falafel and it was delicious, also got a bag of vegan pick and mix. So many vegan cheeses on offer! Only thing I’d love to improve it is a sandwich option without fake meat for those of us who can’t stand the texture of it, their sandwiches look amazing but I can’t stomach fake meat. Salad box was delicious though and I’d definitely visit again for that!

Lovely local vegan deli - Edit
Really brilliant and friendly vegan deli. There’s lots of lunch options, sandwiches, panini’s and salads. You can also buy their vegan cheeses and meats by weight, and lots of other awesome food bits. There isn’t much seating it’s but it’s very close to the cathedral where there’s lots of benches to sit!

The best southern fried "chicken" - Edit
We grabbed a sandwich and some other bits from here on a visit to Exeter. We got a box if Southern fried chicken bits which was absolutely delicious. There was a really nice atmosphere and it was lovely to hear a little bit about the history of the place and how thoughtfully decisions on what to stock were made.

Fantastic unique place with great house-made seitans run by a lovely family - Edit
Everything we bought was delicious, it was great to see so many kinds of seitan in a deli counter-like setting. Great to be able to buy the amount we wanted in minimal packaging.. I loved the fried chicken, the dinosaurs (much better than the flavorless Quorn ones!), sliced meats, cheeses.. Sandwiches were delicious and great for a picnic. The idea of a vegan deli is so great. The only place I've been that's remotely similar to this is the Riverdel cheese shop in New York, which I also love.
