A few vegan options - Edit
We had grilled beetroot and grilled carrot with hummus. They were both very nice. They have a vegan dessert too. They are a bit more expensive than pub meals but the food was good.

The quality and variety of vegan and vegetarian options are outstanding, using all local products when possible really highlights the ingredients from the local area.
