A very small and very busy place but the staff is very polite and helpful and speaks english and german!

Read moreWhat can i say. came with my husband and daughter and we didnt have very high expectations but from the way we were greeted and treated by the waiter the tone was set and we were genuinely hoping for the food to match the service and it did!
Humus was silky and perfect, falafel was perfect. basically everything on my plate was.
It’s a shame we were just travelling through strasbourg otherwise i would come more often.

My partner and I were so hungry and found Houmous & Co. The waiter was so nice and had menus in German, French, and English (all which clearly specify the vegan options- there were plenty). We ordered the Vegan Plus Platter and Falafel platter. It only took about 5-10 minutes for the food to come out. It was AMAZING! So flavorful, so fresh, and hands down the best falafel we’ve ever had. The waiter let us know that his mom makes all the food! It sure did feel like a meal made from your mom- so warm and filling. The waiter gave us tea after our meal. Would absolutely recommend!

The food was very very good, one of the most delicious falafel I've ever eaten and one of the best Tabbouleh I've etan (and I'm very picky since I cook these myself as well). I'm also very grateful, that they chose to make it easy for vegans and vegetarians for putting respective labels on their food. Big recommendation it was indeed very delicious! 👏❤️

We bought take away food. We had a hummus pitta, garlic sauce, vegan moussaka (aubergine in tomato sauce), fries.The staff was friendly and told us what was vegan and helped us decide what to eat. We were sad it was closed on Sunday when we wanted to go back before leaving.

Orientalisch im Elsass - Edit
Im Houmous & Co gibt es eine große Anzahl an veganen Gerichten die alle auf der Speisekarte dementsprechend markiert sind. Die Speisekarte gibt's übrigens auch auf Deutsch oder Englisch. Zum Essen gab es den veganen Teller und den veganen Teller Plus, wobei mir letzterer mit Reis statt Kartoffeln besser geschmeckt hat. Ansonsten waren beide Gerichte wirklich sehr lecker und das Essen wurde von dem freundlichen Team schnell zubereitet.

We had the falafel plate which comes with rice, hummus and tabbouleh. It was very good and the portion was also quite large.
