No longer veggie options

Don't know if or when things have changed but English speaking staff confirmed the soup base has dashi and abalone in and cannot be provided vegetarian, they can just provide the noodle soup without the pork and chicken added

Veggie options are thus only mashed potato croquettes (cont butter) and tofu skin (sounds VG)

Très bonne options végétarienne

On m'a conseillé le restaurant à l'accueil de mon hôtel pour leur option végétarienne. La plat n'étant pas sur la carte j'ai été un peu inquiète mais le staff était très gentil et m'ont confirmé qu'ils avaient une option végé. C'était super bon et très copieux. Le fond du restaurant donne sur le Mont Fuji c'est très beau
