Lovely spot and 4 vegan dishes - Edit
The flavors were very rich and the vegetables were all super fresh. It's a lovely spot on the lake and really enjoyed the Tranquility, especially compared to town which is quite busy. They have a page specific for their four vegan offerings and another list of vegetarian options. So while this is not at all a totally plant-based place it is a nice option with a heftier price tag than in town but tranquility that is worthwhile.

Beautiful restaurant on the lake with vegan options in Santiago Atitlan - Edit
This is a restaurant in a hotel a little ways outside of the city. Restaurante Bambu has a lovely setting on the lake, yummy drinks, good food, labeled vegan options, and nice service. A little pricier than other food options in Santiago, but still quite affordable (at least compared to the US)! My Yucca roll was delicious and came with steamed veggies, rice, and hand-made tortillas. There are also vegetarian and meat options for non-vegans.
