Vegan pesto penne - Edit
Site won’t allow for me to give 5 stars. Asked staff about vegan options & was given several suggestions. I had the veggie veggie pasta which had penne, pesto, zucchini, arugula, & tomatoes tossed in olive oil made specifically vegan—I don’t like zucchini but this was delicious

This place is no good for vegans. You will be better off if you bring snacks for the road.

Waterfall hotel and restaurant - Edit
Some vegan and vegetarian options. The restaurant is a part of the hotel. The ambiance could better but ok for a quick lunch or Coffey.
