Food can be adapted to be made vegan

This place is not the most vegan place around… they don’t have any vegan markers on their menu and I don’t think they have any dishes that are vegan without being adapted. However, the staff were so helpful and willing to ensure they could provide multiple vegan options. They gave me the cauliflower starter which was so interesting and the gnocci but with tomato sauce instead of dairy. Most of all, the setting is completely gorgeous.
