Simply delicious! Gladly again! - Edit
I had the lentil and turmeric soup first and then the apricot crumble cake for dessert - probably the best crumble cake I've ever eaten! The view from the terrace was great, the service was super friendly and the selection of vegan dishes was also great. Highly recommended!

Edit 2022: We have now been there 3 times, love the place and the staff has always been amazing. Both a la carte and set menu have vegan options and the breakfast buffet keeps getting better. 100% recommended.

A great cozy hotel. They offer plenty of vegan options for lunch and dinner(a la carte or half pension, with a dinner menu that seems to change everyday but always including options) and also for breakfast; they had several spreads, various plan based milks and even pancakes available, along with fresh fruit, cereal and bread.
The selection of local wines, gin and others is also worth mentioning.
On top of everything, the staff was really attentive, the rooms were perfectly clean and welcoming, they go the extra mile with an unexpected turndown service in the room, complimentary cereal bars, ... all in all a more than recommendable place to stay.

Tasty and in a nice mountain setting - Edit
We really enjoyed our dinner at the Waldhaus. Creative vegan dishes that were very tasty and nicely spiced and there was even a vegan brownie for dessert. Very pleasant atmosphere, mountain lodge type. Food and interior created with a lot of attention to detail. There is an outdoor garden restaurant that looked inviting.
