Owners switched and the vegan options are gone. There is a gazpacho and fries.

Vegan options in Nendaz, yay!

Vegan options are rare in the Swiss mountains, so it was really great to find 3 main dishes (green curry, veggie burger and quinoa salad) and 1 entrée (hummus with pita and veggies) at Les Etagnes. No vegan dessert on the menu but the staff is very accommodating and we were offered grilled pineapple with caramel sauce, which was yummy. They also offer vegan sorbets. A very pleasant experience, nice terrace and a beautiful playground for kids. Thank you to Maxelle for the friendly service.

PS would give 5 stars but apparently only 4 stars are possible for restaurants when they’re not fully vegan/vegetarian.
