Amazingly good vegetarian options - Edit
I tried the beet salad as an appetizer. The sauce was a ricotta with miso, honey and a mushroom extraction topped with thyme. There were some wonderful crunchy bits in there.
Read moreThen had mountain herb ravioli with a light cream and cheese sauce, topped with roasted slices of rose hip, delicately spiced.
Prices were medium high, normal for a nice restaurant in Switzerland, but the quality was like in a gastronomical high end place.

Pros: Friendly staff, very High end food for medium high prices, Beautiful presentation
Cons: The tiramisu was too fancy with too strong coffee, It didn’t have a layer of soaked ladyfingers , But my husband loved it

Delicious food, very friendly staff - Edit
We’ve been there several times, the always have vegan salad, a vegan main dish and home made vegan sorbets. The food was delicious! Looking forward to the next time!
