Below standards for vegans - Edit
I ate at the restaurant during a workshop event.
Read moreThough previously informed vegan meal would be needed, they suggested a salad (green, corn, carrot) or boiled vegetables.
I asked if there could be a protein source (When asked what I meant by that, I suggested: tofu, chickpeas, beans, or lentils) and was told they did not have anything.
I ended up with the Red Thai curry (that is marked as vegan on the evening menu), which is a ton of rice for few vegetables.
Absolutely, no to standards of what one would expect for a restaurant in Switzerland.
I did not have breakfast at the hotel and can not speak to it.
They have a vegetarian option on their lunch menu.
