Serves meat, vegan options available. Hotel restaurant offering a fully organic breakfast with a choice of plant milks, vegan spreads, and vegan cheese. Breakfast is open to both hotel guests and to people from the public with a reservation. During the months of July and August there is also a natural wine bar with some vegan snack options from starting at 5:00pm. Call ahead to check hours and make reservations. Plans to add a separate vegan menu summer 2023. Open Mon-Sun 17:00-21:30. Only open July & August.

Not Vegan

As of August 2025 this hotel no longer has veggie or vegan offerings. We detoured 30 minutes on the basis of the most recent review only to find the owner very apologetic that there was no demand for the food in this village and consequently they no longer offered any choice. She was very disappointed and said she had tried her best.

As a sidenote Anybody wishing to travel to this part of France I’m wishing to maintain a vegan lifestyle should be prepared for disappointment and hunger if they are to rely on the restaurant.

I have never been to an area more devoid and vegan options….. ever.

Home of good food ……. Certainly not this part of the French Pyrenees.

Pros: Great location , Kind owner , They tried.

Cons: No vegan restaurants 30km radius.

Now fully vegan

As of August 2024, Les Templiers is fully vegan. We sampled a sharing dish, which contained vegan empanadas, hummus, crudités, salad, bread. Beer is from a local craft brewery.

Pros: Fully vegan, Craft beer
