Pleasant surprise in the middle of the mountains - Edit
New (2021) and modern Hotel Restaurant.
Read moreEating a decent vegan meal is so difficult in the Swiss mountains, and this place was a very pleasant surprise for our overnight stay on the Via Alpina.
You can book a vegan half board or they serve only one vegan dish in the standard menu (chickpea and vegetable curry with rice). Unfortunately these are only available after 6pm - earlier they have a reduced menu with no vegan options.
It‘s a good start and I‘m very grateful for the experience, there is however room for improvement in terms of choices and I hope they will develop further.
