Sehr gutes veganes Essen und super freundliche Bedienung - Edit
Telefonisch schwer erreichbar, da nicht jeden Tag geöffnet, aber ein Besuch in dem Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen. Große Auswahl an veganen Speisen. Jedes Gericht das wir bestellt hatten war extrem lecker. Wir würden jederzeit wieder bei Brüggler essen😄

Fully vegan restaurant (only dinner). The food is really good with a variety of options including some vegan remakes of Austrian classics. Restaurant is not always open so better check their website for the correct dates and make a reservation

Es war eine riesige Portion und ich konnte mich bei der Auswahl kaum entscheiden. Ungezwungene und gemütliche Atmosphäre.
Es wurde geraten, vorher einen Tisch zu reservieren, da es gut besucht ist.

Am Land sind vegane Angebote in Restaurants sehr rar. Umso schöner ist es, dann so ein tolles Restaurant zu entdecken! Die vegane Auswahl ist sehr gut und die Karte wechselt immer wieder je nach Saison. Der black bean burger ist sehr empfehlenswert! Auch das vegane Eis ist top. Zudem gibt es auch vegane Nuggets für Kinder. Die ganze Familie ist happy!
Wenn es ginge, gäbe es 5 Sterne! Weiter so! Top!

Great restaurant and no meat anymore! - Edit
Since May 2023 they serve no more meat. The menu is mainly vegan with just a few vegetarian options.
Read moreThe food is amazing and the service is super friendly. On the menu you will find vegan versions of Austrian classics like Kasnock'n, Kaiserschmarrn, Gulaschsuppe or Knödel. They also serve pasta, burgers and bowls. In addition you can order saisonal dishes like aspargus. The desserts are great, too.
The prices are not expensive and more than okay for the quality you get.
We stayed for 4 nights in Radstadt and came here for dinner 3 times (after going to another restaurant on the 2nd evening)😄Even the omnis were happy here.
I think it is a huge and risky step for a traditional restaurant in a small town like Radstadt to skip meat and go mostly vegan. But I'm sure, they will do well. If you are in the area, go there and support them. They deserve it and you won't regret it!

Separate vegan menu with plenty of options (including desserts), which is pretty rare on the country side. Menu changes seasonally. Super friendly staff, outdoor seating available. Loved their vegan cheesecake!

Very nice restaurant to visit when you’re around. We had the pumpkin-risotto and the Brugglers Red Burger for dinner and enjoyed the homemade food. The taste of the burger was very good. The flavors where well matched. We highly recommended the Burger.

The staff was very friendly and had a great knowledge of the menu and the different wines.
Read moreOn the menu were a great variety of vegan and vegetarian meals. We didn't have to wait long to give up our order and the meals were served very quickly. Furthermore they even had vegan wines and many different fizzy drinks.
The portion size was perfect and the prize was great for the quality of the food.
I would definitely recommend going there and to have a great evening with fantastic food and beverages.
