Eden’s Sky Bar includes: Couscous tofu bowl

Eden’s Pizza & Steakhouse includes: Eggplant Parmigiana & Almond Caprese cake
Ristorante Adamo Ed Eva includes: Buffalo Caprese Salad, Pistachio Mango Stuffed Cannelloni, Beet ravioli, Lemon pasta, & a Seitan Fillet with Quinoa, Seitan Fillet, Tofu Bowl, & fried eggplant hours vary for each restaurant within the hotel. Eden’s skybar is 11am-11pm daily. The steakhouse is 5:30pm-11pm daily (closed Mondays). The ristorante Adamo ed Eva is 12pm-11pm daily.

Essen & Bedienung top

Es gab als vegan deklarierte Nudeln mit einer Pistaziencreme und ebenfalls einen Kuchen der sehr lecker war. Die Bedienung war sehr informiert & es gab noch eine Vorspeise aufs Haus die vegan gemacht werden konnte. Das Restaurant ist etwas teurer, für die Nudeln hat man 35€ gezahlt und insgesamt pro Person so 50€. Die Aussicht ist allerdings sehr schön. Für den Außenbereich zahlt man mehr als für den innenbereich, die Infos dazu waren aber online einzusehen.

Pros: Aussicht, Bedienung , Vegane Auswahl

Cons: der „catch of the day“ der uns aufgezeigt wurde, Teuer

Eden’s Skybar Tofu Bowl

Clear labels for all 3 menus
We visited Eden’s Skybar
The tofu bowl looked beautiful and I appreciated the generous vegan protein.

Only con is that the tofu was plain. I added some lemon & the couscous was still super yummy, but I think marinating or frying the tofu in some way is all this bowl needs to match the value of the other dishes at this place

Still a great option with limited vegan spots nearby & the view was JAW DROPPING.

Definitely would come back give the other vegan dishes a shot. Love the clear labels. Would recommend trying the Seiten at the other ristorante in this hotel

Pros: Clearly labeled, Multiple options throughout hotel, Beautiful view

Cons: Tofu needs flavor & then it’s golden
