Sensational

We had the 5 course vegan taster menu and it was sensational! Each course was paired with a vegan wine. We stayed over three hours savouring each course. The Bistro restaurant, in Hotel Du Vin is quite laid back with fantastic service. Our wine waiter knew her stuff and explained the qualities of each wine.
More people need to know about this place - if you are looking for a great place to eat with your partner I thoroughly recommend it, and will be returning again.
