Booked this hotel as they advertised ‘vegans catered for’.

Four days in to a 7 day stay holiday and I found bacon and egg in my spinach and mushrooms. Luckily, I never ate it because I could smell it in my food as soon as it was put on the table. After complaining to the hotel manager (Sabina), she decided catering for vegans is too much trouble and won’t be going forwards.
She also tried to defend what happened by saying it was a mistake. A mistake was when they placed dairy milk on the table on the fourth morning by accident - despite using almond milk for the three mornings prior. . Bacon and egg in my food is neglect and disrespectful- not a mistake.
This hotel should not be on this app and neither should they advertise vegans catered for.
The absolute worst! Shocking.
