The business is called Đậu Hủ Bùi Viện if you look it up on Google. Very busy and popular with young locals, only 10k for a sweet Tofu based dessert. Very nice 👍

Look out for this! - Edit
We were lucky to walk past the lady's cart as she was travelling up and down the busy streets. She is always on the move! It was very delicious and cheap (10k). Just a little too on the sweet side for me, but if you have a sweet tooth or sugar craving, then this is for you!
