Typically the only baked item that's vegan is a flapjack-style bar with dried fruit on top. The breakfast menu is basic, with a few vegan-friendly choices (e.g. toast with jam, porridge with cinnamon and prunes). Open Mon-Fri 7:00am-7:00pm, Sat 7:30am-7:00pm, Sun 8:00am-6:00pm.

Not my thing... - Edit
We went there to satisfy the afternoon coffee craving and were disappointed. There was no vegan cake or anything sweet, and after we established that they couldn't make a vegan hot chocolate, I ignorantly asked for a Latte Macchiato with plant milk and was asked for a size (small/medium/large). I picked small - normally that's generous enough.
What I got was a tiny cup of Espresso with curdled soy milk which formed something like a coffee pudding. Apparently they just serve Espresso in differently sized cups. Wish they would have pointed this out when I ordered - it was obvious I hadn't been there before.
Pros: Fairly centrally located
Cons: Unfriendly staff, No vegan hot chocolate

Lovely little piece of the real world in Cambridge - Edit
The grilled vegan paninis are wonderful! The espresso is also tasty. The atmosphere is cozy and vibrant with more of a range of people than you usually see in Cambridge - it made me feel like I was back home in a little cafe in Seattle.
Pros: Friendly staff, Great atmosphere, Delicious vegan option
Cons: It can get busy
