We had several delicious vegan meals here- rice, veggie stir fry, noodles, curry, etc. The owners speak English well and can take special requests, and they want to be more accommodating to vegans.

The lady who served me had a clear understanding of veganism and was able to make me a tofu and vegetable pita sandwich.
Read moreThey add milk powder to their homemade bread but not the pita. It was cooked fresh and was excellent value.
Highly recommended in a town with very few vegan options other than 7/11 ready meals!

A few delicious Vegan/Vegetarian options - Edit
Sept 22-27 2022 I visited Hot Bread 3 times for lunch plus 3 take away orders for dinner. I enjoyed 3 different meals: tofu salad sandwich (homemade bread), aloo gobi, and the Indian flavored mixed veggie wrap/roll. All were very satisfying for me. The owner is very nice, friendly, and helpful. I recommend Hot Bread.

Vegan options were two soups and white or wholemeal toast. I had vegetable soup and wholemeal toast, both were ok.

With few veg options, this was a nice little cafe offering veg options.
Read moreIt's good if you fancy Thai or European options. I had a Thai dish with noodles that was vegan and nice and hearty with some customized mixed fruit shakes.
Fairly reasonable prices and makes a nice change from just Thai food.
Pros: can customize menu for veg/vegan options, tasty food for a reasonable price
