A peaceful place with harmonious atmosphere near Titicaca Lake - 10 minutes from the city. Open Mon-Sat 7:00am-8:00pm. Closed Sun.

Awesome Place - Edit
Had some lunches there during my stay in Copacabana : always tasty and very filling !
Try the hummus salad, as everything else it's a perfect vegan place.
You can also find Carlos on the main avenue (6 de Agosto) during the day, offering burgers, falafel sandwiches, vegan brownies and raw sweets.
Hostal Joshua is situated a little remotely from the main places in town but definitely worth the 5 min walk.

We ate at hostel Joshua for lunch in Copacabana! There is little vegan options in this town and I would recommend hostel Joshua above any other.
We ate the set menu which was lovely and fresh!
My partner was sick and the owner made him a tummy tea and was very caring to us.
We also bought his brownies and burgers to take on the bus to Cuzco which was also delicious!

We were having lunch over there and we also bought some sandwiches and a brownie. All food was delicious and Carlos, the owner is warm, polite and very very nice. They are creating a very special restaurant, with a essence of being at home... I definitely recommend it: fresh food, great cooking and made with love.
