Hoshina - Fuxing
穗科, at 台北市復興北路313巷32號1樓, is a noodle house with a few outlets. The owner learned udon making from a Japanese master. Menu is vegan friendly. Egg is used in the cold udon, and the menu specifies which items are lacto-veg and ovo-veg. Known for in-house-made udon noodle, both hot and cold. Also serves side dishes and desserts.
