穗科, at 台北市復興北路313巷32號1樓, is a noodle house with a few outlets. The owner learned udon making from a Japanese master. Menu is vegan friendly. Egg is used in the cold udon, and the menu specifies which items are lacto-veg and ovo-veg. Known for in-house-made udon noodle, both hot and cold. Also serves side dishes and desserts. Open Mon-Fri 11:30am-2:00pm, Mon-Sun 5:30pm-9:00pm, Sat-Sun 11:30am-3:00pm.

Delicious Udon - Edit
Nice ambience, yummy udon, eggless option are available. Worth trying.
Pros: Nice udon, Nice decor
Cons: Might get crowded during peak hours.
