Fun vibes

Few vegan options but the vibes and the options they do have are really great. I’ve had the vegan farm grazer a few times and it’s really good. Great place to go with non vegan friends.

Excellent experience and choices

I loved my visit, and I will be back. It's nice to have an option in Eagan.

Oat milk options for coffee drinks.

Menu items marked.

Pros: clearly marked options, didn't notice an upcharge for oat milk

Cons: wish they were open later in the day :)

Few vegan options but tasty

We had brunch here on a busy Saturday. We appreciated that it was an option to sub out eggs for Just Egg in every dish. Not much was labeled Vegan, but a few things could be customized to be vegan. The hashbrowns and grazer bowl were both good!

Pros: Vegan options , Lots of fun coffee drinks

Cons: Only a few options

Farm grazer w tofu

Great atmosphere, fun brunch w friends, and truly enjoyable food. I got the tofu farm grazer and iced tea. The tea was steeped perfectly and didn't require sweetener! The grazer was a feast for the eyes and very delicious. Even my omni friends were envious and tried parts of my dish!
Very nice waitress as well.

Pros: Flavor, Presentation , Atmosphere/service

Enjoyable vegan breakfast at a purpose driven restaurant

This is a great place to have breakfast. Not only are there are numerous vegan options, but your patronage also supports a purpose driven restaurant and community kitchen that provides thousands of free meals to first responders, nurses, VA hospitals, group homes, homeless youth, and others who need help. The website’s 12-minute documentary is heartwarming.

VEGAN FARM GRAZER REVIEW
The Vegan Farm Grazer has a variety of textures, flavors and temperatures all happening at once and is quite good. It came with a generous scoop of guacamole for some reason (it is not listed in the menu description), which I found did not really mix well with any of the other ingredients. Next time I’ll order a side of toast to put it on.

SIDES REVIEW
The Plant-Based Sausage was really good and consisted of 2 large round patties (I am not sure which brand). The hash browns were a nice size portion, and were slightly greasy but not enough to be too concerned about. The Seasonal Fruit side was small enough to make me count the fruit to see if I was getting my $4 worth (30 blueberries and 1.5 strawberries – see picture).

The bill adds an automatic 4% Health and Wellness surcharge that goes towards employee wages and options for benefits, and states it is not a gratuity.

VEGAN MENU ITEMS
Vegan menu items are clearly labeled with V .

You can substitute vegan JUST Egg to any egg-dish.
Vegan Farm Grazer
Deviled Egg Sandwich (sub JUST egg)
Avocado Toast (sub JUST Egg)
Seasonal fruit
Plant-based sausage
Hash Browns
Overnight Oats

ABOUT MAKING RESERVATIONS
The restaurant can seat about 116 people inside and 48 people outside. I arrived at 8am and was the 2nd customer in the entire restaurant. The restaurant was 80% full by 9am.The on-line reservation process is a little screwy because it only allows reservations for 15 people every 15 minutes, and it doesn’t seem to display accurate available timeslots. It’s best to make reservations the day before, or simply show up early to get one of the open tables.
