Really good! - Edit
We went to the Hope & Anchor for an evening meal on a Saturday night in winter. I ate the vegan burger with coleslaw and my partner had the meatballs. Both meals were lovely and the wine (vegan ones are labelled on the menu) was delicious. The young, enthusiastic and friendly staff were all well versed in how to cater to a vegan diet.
Read moreAlnmouth gets busy spring through to autumn so if you visit then, I'd recommend booking well in advance.
Pros: There were several vegan starters and mains listed, Staff knew how to cater to a vegan diet, The portion sizes are generous
Cons: The only dessert (not listed on menu) was sorbet, They do sell meat and fish :(
