Hono Ramen : Une seule option de ramen végétalien, mais elle est vraiment délicieuse. Les shumais végétaliens sont également très bons en à-côté.

AJOUT 2025 : Je suis allée au Hono Izakaya. Très bon aussi! Le tofu agedashi et le Yakitori aux champignons confits sont délicieux.

Fabulous restaurant - Edit
I had an amazing meal and experience at this restaurant. The staff is very knowledgeable and shared recommendations, ideas, etc. The menu consists of small plates to be shared, perfect to taste a bit of everything. Highly recommended!

Très agréable de goûter à des mets japonnais. Le serveur connaissait les options véganes. Des mets peuvent être offerts en version végane. Le mieux est de simplement parler avec le serveur. Attention toutefois, pour le tofu frit, ils ont bien évité de mettre du poisson frit par dessus, mais ils ont quand même apporté ce pposson dans un petit plat à côté.

I brought my girlfriend there for her birthday. We are both vegan and don't drink alcohol and the barman whipped us some quality non-alcoholic drinks. We only had to specify that we were vegan and they adjusted all the vegetarian plates (mainly because of the bouillon) with a vegan home made bouillon.
Read moreOther than that the service was great and the food excellent. The pricing was a bit high in my opinion but I enjoyed my evening so much I didn't mind.
