Yummy vegan sushi - Edit
The chef is vegan aware and therefore knows how to prepare an unlimited amount of healthy vegan meals which are the most delicious meals I've ever had! If you come to Holland, you should really drop by his restaurant! All vegan meals are prepared seperately and they even have vegan mayonaise instead of egg ones.

Great find in a small town - Edit
Ended up spending an afternoon in the little fishing village of Enkhuizen and found this Asian place for lunch. The menu has several vegan options and they're cheaper than the non-veg counterparts. There was also a copy of The Vegan Artbook that we could read while waiting for our food. We were happy to find such a vegan-friendly place where we didn't expect it :)
