A fully vegan Vietnamese restaurant serving a limited menu of mainly noodle soups. Also has a bánh mi stall outside the restaurant every morning from 6:00 am to 10:00 am. Everything is house-made including the chickpea pate. The owner's daughter can speak fluent English and is very helpful. Plenty of seating inside the restaurant. Menu in Vietnamese only. Payment by cash or bank transfer only. Banh mi chay. Bun hue. Bún Thái. Bun rieu. Open Mon-Sun 6:00am-2:00pm, 5:00pm-10:00pm. The banh mi stall is only open from 6:00 am - 10:00 am.

Why? Because if the all vegan banh mi is that delicious, then surely the main restaurant's food is going to be brilliant too!
