Ok vegan options - Edit
I was looking forward to trying the vegan pancakes, although ordering them was pretty awkward. The person serving me didn’t know what was and wasn’t vegan and it was up to me to come up with something and she would check if they had it, if it was vegan etc. After a few minutes she came back with a separate vegan menu but advised they didn’t do most of the dishes on it anymore. I ordered the blueberry bliss vegan pancakes which looked the part but they were very dry and honestly pretty tasteless which I am disappointed to say. Had to drown them in maple syrup to be able to finish them. Please make sure all staff know what is & isn’t vegan as there was another person straight after me ordering something vegan and they were also asked if they could have honey / dairy etc. Their intentions are in the right place with offering options but needs improvement! Price at till was also higher than what was advertised on menu but felt too uncomfortable to correct.

I eat here regularly and there are loads of vegan options. The staff are very helpful and always willing to check things for you. The fries are cooked separately and everything is cooked to perfection. I highly recommend it.

Popped in for a coffee, hoping they would have a milk alternative so I could get a latte. I was so impressed that they had four different types to choose from! Excellent coffee in pleasant surroundings.

Delicious fluffy pancakes - Edit
Went to Honeypot Coffee House and pleasantly surprised with the lovely options they had to choose from on their brunch menu. I genuinely didn't know what to go for, but in the end decided to try their pancakes as its so rare to see cafes offering vegan pancakes! When choosing the pancakes you could pick your toppings based on the pancakes they had on their menu, but made as a vegan version, I went for the 'Merry Berry' one. When the panckes arrived they were so different to any panckes I've very had, they were very thick & fluffy but nice and light ! I had a drizzle of a chocolate like sauce on them with fresh berries. Really tasty! Definitely will be returning to try their other options, my friend (not vegan) also went for their panckes and really enjoyed them too.
Read moreOnly thing I can think of that they needed was maybe a little more syrup, or coconut yogurt etc.. Which I'm sure they would have accommodated if I had asked or gone for different topping,as staff were all friendly.
