Amazing bakery - Edit
This place is almost entirely vegan with the random exception that the owner produces honey and also sells dairy ice cream, milks and Scottish Tablet.

Tasty Treats - Edit
Fantastic little bakery with really good vegan options. I popped in on my way home from work and got an apple turnover, chocolate crispy cake and a scotch pie for just over £7. The two bakes were so light and flavoursome, whilst the scotch pie was delicious, with great filling and pastry. Super friendly owner too. I'm already planning my next visit in a few weeks.

Great little café/bakery - Edit
Lots of vegan goodies (just a few items like some ice cream and Scottish tablet which aren't). So good to find somewhere local making real bread. We had a great chat with the lovely owner who clearly knows his stuff when it comes to baking, kombucha, jam making and much more! Also love the fact that bottles and dishes are on a deposit return basis and as many ingredients as possible are locally sources. We will definitely be back.

🏴 Bridies, sausage rolls, bread, cakes + kombucha! - Edit
Apart from some ice-creams I *think* it's all vegan. Eat in or takeaway. Tea, coffees, fizzy drinks and different kombuchas available.

Tasty, inexpensive, and extensive menu! - Edit
A lovely wee place! Cheap as chips and Malcolm now offers vegan ice creams on top of the rest of the extensive vegan and veggie options. Big fan! I’ve been several times now😄

Fantastic snacks - Edit
Such a lovely place which has lots of home made vegan sweet & savoury snacks such as sausage rolls, pies, breads, pizza and cakes. We got something of just about everything including a tasty garlic and rosemary focaccia and sone sticky cinnamon swirls.

Sunderland AFC fans might get the review title! Absolutely LOVE this place. Everything is made on site fresh and ready to go. We picked up a soup of the day (potato & leek), some garlic and rosemary focaccia, a cheese and tomato roll, a few cinnamon bites, a Biscoff cupcake, a couple of coffees and a jar of home made sauerkraut. Great banter with the owner who knows his stuff and appreciates Happy Cow. A truly fabulous place which we will strive to visit regularly.
