Fast casual salad and bowls a la Asian fusion - Edit
Fuse this, fuse that. Shophouse meets Sweetgreen? Voila. This place is fun and respects the local vibes and locavore needs. More importantly, they mark the goods that are vegan! All the dressings and sauces! They have tofu, nuts and seeds. They have veggies. They have rice noodles, wheat noodles, brown rice and lettuce cups.
You can make anything you want from the vegan items - just be careful if you go above the base number of items that it will add up by about $0.45 or more per extra ingredient. Still, it's a great deal for the salad. I love the roasted beets and raw cauliflower and roasted brussel sprouts, but of course, who doesn't like walnut-based dressing, roasted cashews, spicy sauces like BBQ and ginger/ garlic and curry. It's a great choice of selections, and you pick what you want. Exchanges and substitutions are so easy to make with the touch screen!
Bell peppers, cauliflower, green beans, parsley, cilantro, raw onions, tomoatoes, broccoli, carrots, cabbage - it's endless. It's love. It's super vegan friendly.
