sort of like a chipotle or sweetgreen style noodle bar - you can choose from a handful of preset options or create your own bowl. lots of vegan options! food comes out quickly and there’s a handful of tables for dining in.

Lots of options for vegetables/sauces/bases. I liked that the tofu was baked instead of fried. They have whole wheat noodles too! Nice to have healthy vegan options. Friendly staff.
