Real food, roasted and raw vegetables galore plus a couple of vegan proteins (falafel and tofu). However same issues as the rest of their eateries across Madrid: really hard to get a table in peak hours, all set so that you eat your meal quickly and leave the table for new customers.

Como opción vegana de proteína tienen falafel y sweet chili tofu. En mi caso elegí el garden bowl avocado supergreen con falafel. Estaba muy rico, aunque sería maravilloso contar con más opciones de proteína vegetal.

This place is amazing. Friendly staff, great food options, lots of seating place and to die for desserts. Had the Western Mediterranean bowl with guacamole side and matcha cake as well as a cold pressed juice and everything was spectacular in taste. My only reservation would be that the bowls could have warmer ingredients because even the sweet baked potato was lukewarm. Also keep in mind there is a 10% service charge. Would definitely recommend this place.

Estuve la semana pasada comiendo con amigas que trabajan en las torres de la que yo era la única vegana. Pedí el combinado de tofu con patatas y compartimos hummus. En primer lugar lo positivo, el hummus estaba muy bueno, el pan increíble y la ensalada bastante bien. En segundo lugar lo negativo: el tofu estaba muy mal hecho, nada crujiente, con poco sabor y frío, como le queda a uno cuando empieza a cocinarse este alimento. Del mismo modo, las patatas estaban durísimas, parecían del día anterior o antiguas y sin apenas sabor, solo las salvaba la salsa. El sitio está bien, mis amigas hablaron maravillas de la carne y el pescado pero creo que deberían ponerse las pilas y ofrecer opciones veganas competitivas y decentes que no parezcan la cena recalentada del día anterior. Del mimo modo, entendiendo el precio que se paga me resulta irónico que dos trocitos de tofu equivalgan a un lomo de salmón o a ternera.

Nunca una ensalada me había sabido tan sabrosa y variada. Mezcla de espinacas baby y rúcula maceradas con un aderezo super rico con calabaza a la brasa súper sabrosa. La verdad es que la siguiente vez lo pediré sin salsa ya que viene todo con mucho sabor y no lo necesita. Nos dijeron que todos los postres son veganos. Muchas opciones veganas. Sitio genial para ir con gente no vegana ya que hay opciones ricas para todos. Raciones muy grandes.

I ate here with my omni boyfriend this weekend. The food was really excellent- tasty, fresh, interesting and big portions. Lots of choice for vegans, at least 50% of the menu was marked as plant based and I clarified when ordering that this was definitely vegan. For example, all bread is vegan and comes with their homemade vegan cocoa butter automatically. Fab hummus, falafel, tabouleh, bread, salads. Desserts were disappointing but good to have options! If you are in Madrid I highly recommend this place.

I like the idea of a healthy food served in a market style venue. The problem is that altough they are called greens, only a small portion of the menu is vegan. Also, there exists some items called "plant based", but they are not vegan neither vegetarian. It is quite confusing. Also, all options, included the vegan ones, are supposed to be served with salad with pesto, and with buttered bread... Then, neither me nor my friends (not vegan) got no bread, nor butter, nor pesto. It left me quite confused.
