You are definitely spoilt for choice in Dalston, so restaurants have to be on their A game to contend with the competition. Honest Burgers does a really good job! The staff are welcoming and nice and the food is delicious. I had a bacon plant burger with rosemary chips - they were incredible! It felt a little more interesting than your standard vegan burger option, the chip portion is huge, it felt worth the £14 so I was happy. There were 2 other vegan options available. Another bonus is that the restaurant is air conditioned - my visit was during the heatwave and that was definitely a factor that swayed us to go. Recommend if you’re looking for a quick meal in the area!

Plant burger deserves 5* - Edit
Can't rate this 5* as it's not a fully veggie or vegan place, but the plant burger here - made with Beyond Meat - is incredible. It's becoming more common across London now, but in my view Honest do it the best, with vegan smoked Gouda, vegan Chipotle mayo (which you can request for the fries too) and a hint of mustard. The fries I used to find a bit too oily and crispy, but I think they changed them more recently and they're better. I go for the double patty usually, and don't regret it. Come back here often for the plant burger. Seriously, get one!
