Not good for vegans - Edit
There were only three things the waitress said we could get and one of them was a sandwich with raw veggies (half of which were onions). I also got the lentil dal which was fine and another dish. I feel like there had to be a miscommunication or something? I have never had less to eat at an Indian place before! I won’t be going back.

Stopped in here due to the good reviews! Menu specifically says they can do vegan options but not exactly where. Asked for recommendations and the woman at the cash register could not help me because she didn’t understand what I was asking. She seemed to understand vegan. I asked for two items (had no idea what I was ordering actually) and it took a while to wait. When we got it home, the food was tasty, quite spicy. “Honest” ly, I would have been happier to be able to have a conversation about what the food was (no descriptions on the menu), the level of spiciness, and feel like the staff really understood what I wanted.

Truthfully, the best Indian food - Edit
A consistent kitchen. Authentic Indian food - when we went in (before COVID) we were usually the only non-Asians. Now we pick up takeout. Samosas are always great. The Paneer Tikka is addictive - you have been forewarned

11am not accurate open time - Edit
Visiting from out of town, the tattoo artist I had a Noon appointment with is right down the street. I arrived by Uber at 11am, the stated opening time online and on the door. They were not open, they seemed confused I would want to get food, and I found out the chef ARRIVES to start *prepping* at 11am.

This is a quaint little café style Indian restaurant which was surprisingly delicious! Great prices and super friendly staff that is able to give recommendations.
