Beautiful garden - Edit
On arrival, we had an amiable welcome. The staff here are the friendliest and jolliest bunch I have been served by in some time! The garden is beautiful, and covered in plants and flowers, with a lot of different seating options!

A most welcoming oasis of greenery, soulful music and unobtrusive service, beautifully masked with a casual vibe. Table number remembered, selection made, order given. Today’s choices to share are the Cauliflower Tacos and the Courgette Pizza. Delicious! However, the pizza was enhanced to at least the next upward level by adding the in-house Jalapeño Sauce, Chilli Oil and freshly ground black pepper. Then the pizza became ridiculously tasty!

Lovely spot with many great vegan options! I got the cauliflower tacos and bruschetta which were delicious! Would highly recommend visiting if you're in Russell.

Really yummy vegan pizza and olives , also had a delicious homemade soda and the atmosphere os so nice sitting out in the sun. The staff were really really friendly here too:)

Yummy food! We had the cauliflower tacos and Kumara fries and would honestly go back just for the the kumara fries, they were super crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, the best I've ever had. The service was really friendly and the whole venue has a really nice feel to it. Would've loved to try more of the menu but we only went for a light snack

We were very impressed with Hone’s Garden - the garlic pizza bread and cauliflower tacos were delicious. Even though the restaurant was very busy (being easter weekend) the service was amazing, staff were very friendly and checked on us multiple times! Highly recommend if you are going to Russell 😊

Clearly marked vegan options. We had bruschetta to start, pizza with artichokes, mushrooms, olives, capers & vegan cheese. The pizza bases are wood fired & yum, pizza sauce bland but still happy with the pizza. Jackfruit tacos (add their house jalapeño sauce!)
