A pleasant vegetarian Taiwanese restaurant and tea house is in a nice location just 1 block west of the UNCR campus in Heredia. Offers a variety of dishes with prices ranging from approx US$6-12. Besides in-house dining options they also sell a variety of frozen and dried faux meats, noodle, and packaged food. JUL 2015 REPORTED HAD SHUT IN 2014.

Very good vegetarian restaurant - Edit
I was on a 2-weeks business trip in Costa Rica.
This restaurant was my safe haven there! :-)
Very pleasant environment... and, yes... their dishes are very delicious.
I definitely recommend for anyone to go there. Very good combination of Taiwanese and tico dishes.
Pros: Delicious, Calm environment, Inexpensive
Cons: A bit away from downtown San Jose

Comfortable, clean, smiling staff! I tried the pot stickers "ravioli" and they were great! Delicious. Cannot wait to return and try more of their offerings.

The food was filling and at a very good price. No desserts available. The atmosphere was nice they have calming music playing. Most of their plates have soy "meat"
