Spicy braised tofu bowl was just ok

Did not taste super great and could have had better food at home by myself. If in a pinch, sure, but otherwise would not go back.

Up charge for tofu??

Tofu is cheaper than meat why the hell would I pay multiple dollars extra to sub tofu?!

Cons: $3.50 up charge for tofu instead of meat

Vegan Breakfast and Sandwiches

Great vegan choice for breakfast or lunch in a quiet suburban area. Open early and serves oat milk latte. Recommended!

Really Good

The first time I went in here, I was reluctant, because the menu didn't seem very vegan friendly. I was pleasantly surprised because all their sauces, breads, and dressings are vegan. They'll substitute tofu for any meat or egg. Also, some sandwiches are naturally vegan. They have gluten free bread. If you don't do tofu, you will have fewer choices.
The sammies are really good. My favorites are the TLT and Tofu Pesto. If you're up for a quick, counter order sort of meal, this place is one of your better options in Kirkland. I'd say this is one of the better Homegrowns that I've been to.
Cons: The soy lattes aren't great. They serve Stumptown coffee, which I dislike.

Pros: Lots of vegan Options

Cons: Most options have tofu, Stumptown Coffee
