Très bon

Nous avons pris les patates douces au miso, des pitas et le houmous et pois chiche avec un cookie vegan en dessert, et même un chocolat chaud. C'était bon.

Local produce, family run

Delicious samphire fritters with pickled courgettes, pomegranite and butter beans. A couple of vegan dishes but several dishes can be made vegan.

5 stars based on how delicious the fritters were.

Dog friendly

Very poor vegan cream

Their other vegan options looked nice but they offered to make us a vegan cream tea and it was very disappointing. We had to email them in advance to get it. The 'cream' was home-made icing that was a very watery consistency and much too sweet. They'd be better off not offering it. We didn't try their options which might be better.

Unique vegan dishes

They don't have many options, but all of them are very original and, more importantly, delicious. I had a Tunesian orange cake, and a nourish bowl with tumeric hummus, carrot marmelade, miso roasted chick peas and picked turnip.

The place is at a national trust site, with a local organic garden and walks around the woods.

Pros: Something different , Very tasty, Amazing location

Cons: Only a few vegan choices
