Friendly staff, good food - Edit
They have a separate vegetarian menu and most of that can be made vegan on request/is vegan by default; they know what vegan means; you get complimentary tea, rice is 5yuan

Great place for vegans and non vegans. Th bean curd dish was delicious, as well as the fried rice without egg. The English speaking staff was extremely friendly and helpful. A must in Yangshuo!

Found the restaurant via the mandarin address, the location on the map is not 100% accurate. There is a sign outside making it easy to find. Loved the interior, it was rather quiet and not very busy - even though it was a Friday night. We were welcomed by a very kind lady who was almost fluent in English, the menu had lots of vegetarian options, even vegetarian dumplings. She’s considering adding more vegetarian options to the menu since more foreigners are visiting Yangshuo. The food was yummy, tried the fried Tofu with some rice on the side. I’d definitely come back!

A pretty, friendly place in a busy area. As the other reviews said, they speak English and have a limited, separate vegetarian menu (which they are apparently expanding). The food was fine, Chinese and fairly basic. Could be made for us without garlic and onions.

The food we had was excellent, the handwritten vegetarian menu in English was really cute and clearly specified what had egg so we could easily pick the vegan options. The bean curd dish was the highlight. We’ll try to go back for one more lunch before we leave Yangshuo.

Friendly place with simple but tasty food - Edit
Pleasant place with friendly staff and a separate vegetarian menu (around 10 dishes), which has clear photos and English. Limited outside seating (next to a pedestrian street) and many more tables inside. Dishes are relatively simple, but the one I chose tasted good (just remember to specify if you like a normal level of spiciness, otherwise they will assume foreigners can't handle spicy food). I couldn't find the exact address (block B) on Amap, but if you search for block E (新西街E栋) you will get there as well. Would normally have given 5 stars, but Happy Cow won't allow more than 4 as this place has non-vegetarian food as well. Would return if in Yangshuo again.

Delicious vegetarian food - Edit
Went twice because the food was very good. They’re friendly and speak English. There’s a vegetarian menu. Had the potatoes with ginger, spicy tofu skin, noodles, green beans, etc. Also bought some passion fruit sweets which I’m now addicted to, wish I got more. 5 stars

When we entered the restaurant the lady immediately came to us and asked us in English if we're vegetarian. She asked if we eat eggs because she was making fried eggs with fresh bamboo. So we ordered that an omelet. But there are also non-egg options; local tofu with vegetables, fried potatoes with peppers and mushrooms with vegetables. It came with steamed rice and free local tea. My husband also ordered homemade wine. The lady said there are currently 10 vegetarian options on the menu but she wants to expand. We felt very welcome and the food tasted great. Would definitely recommend!
