Surprised with okay options 👌🏼 - Edit
There were 4 options here that were vegan. 2 soups and 2 rice and beans variations. They have a non-menu section on the menu.
Read moreWe came here twice, once for lunch and once for dinner (same menu). Found it okay and happy there was something else in Santa Cruz to eat!

Delicious food overlooking the lake! - Edit
Menu is in Spanish, however this is a great spot to eat overlooking the Lake and supporting locals. Ordered guac and chips and rice and beans cooked in coconut milk (both vegan) and delicious! Not well versed in Spanish but at a minimum the vegan options were rice and beans, guac and chips, and of course tortillas. Likely more options to be made vegan. Three vegetarian soups on the menu, however unsure if they are vegan or not.
